About Wushu
Wushu is a traditional Chinese martial art combining physical strength, discipline, and skill. It is practiced as both a competitive sport and a means of fitness and self-defense.
There are two main disciplines in Wushu:
Sanda (Combat)
A full-contact fighting sport involving punching, kicking, and controlled throwing techniques.
Taolu (Forms)
A performance-based discipline focused on choreographed movements demonstrating balance, speed, and precision.
Wushu promotes discipline, respect, and overall physical development, making it an ideal sport for youth and aspiring athletes.
